GM Vault Seller Agreement.
By submitting a vehicle to GM Vault, you agree to the following representations and obligations.
1. Seller Representations
Seller certifies that they own the vehicle, or have full legal authority to sell it on behalf of the owner. Seller further certifies that:
- The VIN is accurate and unaltered.
- The odometer reading is accurate to the best of seller's knowledge.
- The vehicle description is truthful and not misleading.
- All known defects, mechanical issues, and accident history are disclosed.
- Title status is disclosed (clean, salvage, rebuilt, parts only, etc.).
- Any salvage, flood, or frame-damage history is disclosed.
- All liens are disclosed and will be cleared before title transfer.
2. Seller Responsibility
Seller is solely responsible for the vehicle's condition, the accuracy of the listing, transfer of title, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law.
3. Listing Rights
Seller grants GM Vault a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, advertise, and repost listing photos, video, and text for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
4. Fees
Seller agrees to all listing fees and success fees as published on the site at the time of listing. Sellers receive 100% of the final sale price directly from the buyer; GM Vault's 5% buyer's premium is charged separately to the buyer.
5. Reserve & Bid Goes On
Reserve prices are confidential. If the reserve is not met at the close of auction, the listing transitions to Bid Goes On for seven (7) days at the seller's reserve as a Buy-It-Now price. Seller may lower the Bid Goes On price at any time.
6. Indemnification
Seller agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GM Vault, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of an inaccurate or incomplete listing, undisclosed defects, title disputes, or breach of this Agreement.
